Could two former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills besties end up as neighbors again?
Kyle Richards is on the lookout for a new home—and the search has taken her to a very familiar part of Beverly Hills. According to insiders, the longtime RHOBH star recently viewed a property that sits directly across the street from Lisa Vanderpump’s iconic Villa Rosa estate.
With her marriage to Mauricio Umansky in limbo, Kyle has opened up about the possibility of selling their family home in Encino. While she and Mauricio haven’t filed for divorce, the couple seems to be preparing for major changes. Naturally, fans are eager to know what’s next—and if those changes might include a move back to Beverly Hills.
Back to Beverly Hills—And Possibly Closer to LVP?
TMZ reported that Kyle and her four daughters toured a six-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property just steps from Villa Rosa. And it wasn’t just a one-time thing—sources say Kyle returned multiple times for additional viewings. The price tag? A cool $6.9 million.
The home, which was once owned by Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan before their split, sold in 2021 for $5.9 million. Despite Kyle’s reported interest, another buyer ultimately snagged the estate at the end of February.
Lisa Vanderpump Weighs In—with Shade, of Course
TMZ reached out to Lisa Vanderpump for comment, and in true LVP fashion, she couldn’t resist throwing a little shade at her former friend.
“What on earth. I thought that house was sold,” Lisa said. “This house is 10 feet away from me. A shame her offer wasn’t accepted because she’d finally be able to move into Beverly Hills.”
For those keeping track, Kyle and her family had been living in Bel Air before relocating to Encino back in 2017.
Did Kyle Really Make an Offer?
Despite the buzz, Kyle’s rep told TMZ that she didn’t make an offer on the home. While she did express interest, fire safety concerns reportedly swayed her decision.
So, no new Beverly Hills mansion—at least for now. And as for rekindling a friendship with Lisa Vanderpump? That might be even more unlikely than becoming neighbors.
