As you step through the grand doors of this historic grade 2 listed building, you’re greeted not by clinical white walls but by the warmth of what feels like a luxurious living room. It’s a welcoming sight, with an extensive library and a crackling open fire inviting you to unwind.

Venture upstairs, and you’ll find yourself in a more medical ambiance. The club’s ethos revolves around preventive medicine and aging gracefully. With a team of over forty practitioners, they offer a spectrum of services, from addressing sleeping disorders and anxiety to providing hormone nutrition, laser treatments, and fertility clinics.

My journey at Grace Belgravia began with their one-day Cleanse Me program. Unlike typical spa days that offer temporary pampering, this program promises enduring benefits.

After filling out a series of consent forms, I found myself in the infusion clinic, eager for my first treatment: an intravenous vitamin infusion. This wasn’t just about curing hangovers, as commonly seen among the rich and famous; it was about enhancing vitality, hydrating the body, and fortifying the immune system.

Injected with glutathione—an antioxidant naturally produced by the body—I settled into a comfortable chair, hooked up to the IV drip, and handed a spinach-based smoothie. As the infusion began, I was left to relax, with periodic check-ins from the nurse.

Next on the agenda was “Raise the Barre,” a fusion of ballet, high-intensity cardio, and Pilates aimed at sculpting muscles and enhancing stamina. With personalized attention from the instructor, the class was both challenging and invigorating.

A brief interlude at the club’s restaurant offered a culinary delight curated by on-site chefs and nutritionists. Rather than counting calories, members choose portion sizes, ensuring a nourishing yet indulgent dining experience.

The pinnacle of my day was the Capri Palace Leg School Treatment—an exclusive cellulite and vascular therapy offered only at Grace Belgravia and its namesake in Capri. Despite my initial skepticism, the treatment proved remarkably rejuvenating, leaving my legs feeling lighter and more energized.

With legs akin to feathers and a newfound vitality, I bid adieu to Grace Belgravia, grateful for the transformative experience. Whether it was the vitamin infusion finally taking effect or the culmination of all treatments, one thing was certain—the Cleanse Me Programme worked its magic.

For those intrigued by the allure of Grace Belgravia’s holistic approach to wellness, the one-day Cleanse Me Programme offers a glimpse into this world of rejuvenation and vitality.

Grace Belgravia’s doors may be closed now, but its legacy of holistic wellness lives on, a testament to the transformative power of investing in one’s health and vitality.
